Great day on the water... Launched at Navy Point about 9am with two of my friends Joel and Sam... Started the day with a couple of trout in bayou and then went to the pass to try the black drum... The drum where cooperating they were just the wrong color... Red fish after redfish until the tide started pushing to hard... I decided to head in and get some lunch and return in a few hours when the tide slowed... we did just that and again the reds where on fire for the next hour or so we caught 12 bulls and 2 more in the slot... just before dark we finally caught our black drum 2 to be exact and one grouper... so mission accomplished thanks for reading... this is the first of many reports to come... join me on the water… check back next week for more reports…
