A great St. Patrick's day... Met Anthony and Andrew at Outcast this morning at 8:00 AM ... The weather was not exactly ideal wind blowing 15-25 kts out of the north and the temp near 40 degrees couldn't shake the excitement... We left out of navy point around 9:00am and headed to Pensacola pass where the sheepshead were on fire... No searching this week they were hungry... With meat in the box we decided to give the redfish a try... So we headed out to the gulf... And thats when everything got real exciting... We found the Redfish about an acre of the biggest hungriest Bull Redfish pensacola has to offer... These fish would eat anything that hit the water... We caught as many as these boys could handle on 10lb test and top water lures... There is nothing better than seeing a big bronze redfish explode on a topwater in the beautiful water in the gulf... So with aching backs and big fish stories we headed home... Congratulations to Anthony and Andrew on some very nice bull Redfish... I can't wait for warmer weather, calmer winds, and a chance to take you guys agian...
Thanks,
Capt DP
